Lukas Tulovic, born on June 15, 2000 in Eberbach, Baden-Württemberg, showed an interest in motorsport at the tender age of seven. His remarkable career began in 2014, when he won the title of runner-up in the ADAC Junior Cup. He gained international experience early on by competing in two guest starts in the European Moto2 Championship in 2015.

The beginnings of the Moto2 World Championship

After years in the Moto2 European Championship, Tulovic made the leap to the Moto2 World Championship in 2018. Despite some challenges and injuries, he was able to hold his own in this demanding league. His first appearances in the World Championship may have been without points, but they laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

The highs and lows of the Moto2 World Championship

The 2019 season marked Tulovic's full-time involvement in the Moto2 World Championship. Despite some promising moments, such as an eighth place on the grid at the Catalonia GP, the breakthrough failed to materialize. The season ended with a 29th place overall and the Kiefer Racing Team temporarily lost its place in the World Championship.

Setbacks and comeback attempts

Financial obstacles thwarted Tulovic's plans to compete in the Supersport World Championship in 2020. Instead, he returned to the Moto2 European Championship and fought his way through the season despite an injury. At the same time, he gained valuable experience in the MotoE World Cup.

The breakthrough and return to the top

2021 marked a turning point in Tulovic's career. He proved his potential with his first international victory in the MotoE World Cup and a strong performance in the Moto2 European Championship. Six third places in the Moto2 European Championship took him to third place overall.

Triumph in the European Championship and a look to the future

The year 2022 was characterized by Tulovic's dominant performance in the Moto2 European Championship. With an impressive record of six pole positions and seven victories, he secured the title in this series. This success paved the way for his comeback in the Moto2 World Championship in 2023.

Challenges in the Moto2 World Championship

Despite some ups and downs in the 2023 season, characterized by crashes and accidents, Tulovic held on to his dream and finished the season in the Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP Team. Even though the overall result did not meet expectations, he gained valuable experience for the future.

A new chapter: return to the MotoE World Championship

In 2024, Lukas Tulovic will once again put his talents to the test in the MotoE World Championship. As a member of the Dynavolt Intact GP team, he will compete side by side with Hector Garzo, hoping to continue his success story and reach new heights.
