Sometimes the Bluetooth connection between the app and Battery-Guard is established but no data is transferred. In this case, it is important not to replace or return the Battery-Guard straight away. Instead, contact the app's technical support first. They will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Open the "intAct Battery-Check" app on your smartphone.
Select the Settings area
Go to the "Settings" section . You will find this at the bottom right of the navigation bar.
Menu item "About the app" - then "Feedback"
Tap on "About" and then select "Feedback".

Select the type of problem you have encountered. You can choose from:
Function - Problems with data - Connection problems - Other problems
Describe your issue briefly and concisely. The more precisely you describe your problem, the better the support can help you. If necessary, add a screenshot to clarify the situation.
