Put to the test: How good are intAct batteries?

Our batteries have been awarded several times as test winners. As a user, you cannot normally see exactly what is going on inside the battery. This is what experts say about intAct batteries after they have taken a close look:
The intAct Start-Power is the test winner among conventional lead-acid batteries. At 102 euros (as of 2017), it is the cheapest in the test and achieved first place with 343 points. A total of 10 batteries with a capacity of 70 to 75 Ah were tested, including start-stop batteries with EFB and AGM technology. The batteries were tested for capacity, deep discharge, cycle stability and cold start behavior. The intAct Start-Power impressed with a good price-performance ratio and solid performance in the cold start test (17 successful starts).

The intAct Start-Stop-Power AGM performed brilliantly in the test and achieved almost the same score as the test winner from Varta - at a significantly lower price. At 168 euros (as of 2015), it is the price-performance winner. The battery impressed with its excellent cycle stability (over 35 cycles) and strong performance in the cold start test (26 cycles at -20 degrees). Overall, the intAct Start-Stop-Power AGM shows that AGM technology is the best choice for vehicles with automatic start-stop systems, as it masters frequent charging cycles and cold starts without any problems.

The intAct Premium Power is the test winner among conventional starter batteries and impresses with its good cold-start properties. It is the best choice for cars without an automatic start-stop system. Various battery types were tested, including EFB and AGM batteries. The intAct Premium Power came out as the best standard battery and is also the cheapest in the test.

The intAct Bike-Power HVT achieves a surprise victory in the MOTORRAD battery test with 96 out of 100 points! The AGM battery impressed with the best capacity on delivery (133%) and excellent values after initial charging, cycle stability test, cold start test and deep discharge. A total of ten twelve-volt/twelve-ampere-hour batteries were tested, which are suitable for many Japanese big bikes, BMW K and R models, Triumph, Aprilia and Harley-Davidson. The intAct Bike-Power HVT is already filled at the factory and is therefore ready for immediate use.

The intAct Oldtimer-Power is the test winner among the 12-volt classic car batteries. It impressed with good results in terms of capacity after the first charge, cold start and deep discharge. The battery has a capacity of 60 Ah and costs 155 euros (as of 2018). A total of eight batteries with 12 and 6 volt voltages were tested, including models from Bosch, Varta and Banner. The batteries were tested for capacity, cold start behavior and deep discharge. The intAct Oldtimer-Power impressed with a good price-performance ratio and solid performance in all test categories.
